Coral Stenciled Mirror & Foyer

Hello Friends!! Have you missed me?? Wellllll…. I’VE MISSED YOU!!! 😀

Unfortunately, I’ve had some recent issues with my elbow (double tear in my tendon) which caused a MAJOR decrease in my work 🙁 Not to worry though! The great thing is I’m on the road to recovery and believe it or not, I managed to get a ton of projects done before I actually got the ‘ol elbow worked on!

So needless to say … I’m Sorry I’ve been away for awhile! But while I’m in recovery, I figured I’d blog about all my projects! Just got my recent pictures in and I’m excited to share all the work I’ve done the last 3 months~

You remember the Eclectic Living Room makeover right?? Well, I finally decorated the Entry Way that leads in that living room!  Yay! Of course that created a slight “domino effect” and forced me to add a punch of color to my living room! Stay TUNED tomorrow to see the living room changes, for now… check out the new foyer!! Hope you like the new bling!!

Heres my inspiration! Coral Flowers and Turquoise vase…

Mom’s little helper… uhumm.. HIRED HELP better said  😀

Remember my arabesque stenciled wall? You can see it in the reflection of the round mirror … Anyway, I wanted to paint the Foyer Wall the same base coat color… Plumage by Martha Stewart…

What do you think of my handmade Rustic X Console?!?! Stained a rich grey…
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PIECE!!! Fits perfectly in my foyer!
Thanks to Ana White, the plans are free online! Make your own, and download the plans here!!!

Since I didnt want to do anything crazy to the Foyer wall. . .I decided to go crazy on my IKEA mirror instead! These mirrors are HUGE and make a bold statement! Found this one on Craigslist for $60!

Prepped and ready for paint!

Primed & Base Coated it White… Got a sample size paint, Coral Color…
Whipped out one my many stencils and started going to town!!!

This particular pattern I purchased at Hobby Lobby for $12 (with my coupon of course!!!)

Foyer DONE! What do you think???

Obviously my accent color was CORAL!

Tucked my turquoise vase with coral flowers right by my doorway.. nice pop of color since everything else is sooooo LIGHT!

Sneak Peek of the updated “Living Room”! Stay tuned tomorrow!!!
